
Choose the cottage you'd like to rent.
The first step is to browse through our rental listings and select a few cottages that interest you. Don't forget to click on the cottage name to view a detailed profile for each property.
Next, check the availability calendar to find out when the cottage is available. Print an Application Form (form must be downloaded to your computer before printing), fill it out, then FAX the top page of the completed form to our office. We will contact you to confirm the details of your booking and complete the application process.
Send us the paperwork.
Once your cottage selection and dates are confirmed, we will hold the property for 3 working days. This will provide you with the time necessary to ExpressPost or courier your application and payment to our office.
Payment options.
We accept cheques, money orders, or cash only. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards. We require a deposit (1/3 of rental amount plus processing fee) plus a cheque for the balance (including security deposit) dated 30 days prior to the start of your holiday.
Reservations will be confirmed.
A booking confirmation will be sent by mail on receipt of your signed application, booking deposit, and post-dated cheque for the balance.
Additional information will be sent.
You will receive an information package via email 10 days before the beginning of your rental period. This will contain a Cottage Information Sheet giving details about the cottage, Household Rules which include emergency phone numbers, a map, and directions for accessing the key. If you haven't received your information package by the Tuesday before your holiday, give our office a call.
