First, choose the perfect cottage for your vacation.
This is the fun part! Spend some time browsing through our rental listings and select a few cottages that pique your interest. Click on the cottage name to view a detailed profile for each property. Once you are in the cottage profile, click the calendar icon to check the cottage’s availability. If it’s available for your vacation dates, you’re ready to move forward!
Fill out our On-line Application Form.
Click the "book now" button which appears on the cottage profile page to access the on-line application. If you would prefer to work with a hard copy of the application, click here - application.
Upon receipt of your application, our office will contact you to confirm the details of your booking. Then we will process your application, charge the deposit to your credit card (the amount indicated on the application), and send written confirmation to you.
The confirmation will indicate the balance due. Please send us a cheque post-dated thirty (30) days before the beginning of your vacation for the balance due. Alternately, you are welcome to pay via money order or interac money transfer.
We’re unable to accept credit cards for some of our cottages. If this is the case, our office will make alternate arrangements with you during the confirmation process.
You will receive a detailed information package (via email) ten days before the beginning of your rental period. The package will contain a Cottage Information Sheet, Household Rules (which include emergency phone numbers), a map to the cottage, and directions for accessing the key. If you haven't received your information package by the Tuesday before your holiday, give our office a call. We’ll be happy to send you another copy.
