Terrific spot. We had nine adults staying with no problems at all . The kitchen is well stocked with all that is needed (except ice cube trays :)).
A good time was had by all. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Great cottage with lots of room

We just spent Easter weekend at the O'Neil's cottage and it was great. We had a large group of children and adults, and having the bunkie with teh extra rooms and bathroom was much appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and gear, and there was lots of wood for the fire and propane for the BBQ. Waterfront was nice and the new dock was great to sit on when the sun broke through.

The cottage has lots of room for people to stay and a great dock for swimming or just sitting

Overall very nice and would recommend.

Fridge dirty on arrival.
Basement very humid and damp...uncomfortable for sleeping.
Surprised that bunk beds are in same room with Kings...little privacy.

Dock and deck were great.
Fire pit and lots of wood were great too.

Had a great time!

We had great time at the cottage. Lake was great with awesome fishing. Hot tub was a wonderful feature, very clean. The cabin though wasn't cleaned at all prior to our arrival as well as many towels of previous tenants laying around and basement was very wet and humid. We had to fix a bench that was in a very bad condition by the fire pit as it broke when one of us sat in it. Otherwise, the cottage was well equipped with supplies, had comfortable furniture inside and out. We had a great time.

Fully Loaded Cottage

Excellent place to stay at, and privacy was great! Everything was well stocked from kitchen supplies, unlimited supplies of bed blankets, unlimited supplies of campfire logs, plenty of beverages that we found out was available when we left the cottage. The cottage is also very roomy and we had maximized the occupancy at 12, and it never seemed crowded at all. The couches in the living room and muskoka chairs on the deck were comfortable for an afternoon nap. The water at Kennisis (Little) Lake was surprisingly (to us, from the city of Toronto and used to seeing Lake Ontario polluted water) very clean too! Lastly, the little decorations around the cottage interior made it feel more warm and comfortable and seemed like we were staying at a house that is evidently well furnished, well-equipped, and consistently well taken care of. Overall an amazing experience and will recommend to anyone looking for a nice, comfortable getaway without worrying of over-packing. We over-packed!! When we go next time, we will know to pack less.
