We (2 families) stayed here in August 2010 and found this cottage extremely suitable for us. This is a great cottage, comfortable, on a nice quiet bay, great large fire pit by the watetr and fantastic workout to get up to the cottage and back from there! We found this place offering several private locations for writng, painting, reading with a couple of good walks nearby. Located at around 20K from Haliburton, it is far close enough to pop into town for a meal or daily shopping and far enough to make sure you have your shopping list prepared before going into town.
