We absolutely loved Sam's Lake House! It offers so much more than what we saw on the web site. The cottage was immaculate when we arrived. There was a neat stack of kindling and wood left beside the woodstove for us to use. Fresh clean dish towels, there were even flowers in a vase on the kitchen table. Very thoughful! The location was private yet close to everything we needed from groceries, to spa, to fine dining. There is even mountain biking with rentals just a short walk from the cottage. A great way to entertain the family during cooler days.

The beach was small but large enough for our children to have fun with their buckets and shovels. The lake bottom was sand and firm so the kids really enjoyed playing in the lake.

The cottage offered a surprising amount of privacy from neighbours. We loved this cottage and will definitely come back next summer. Our search for the perfect cottage rental is over!!!
